yes, but those conceptions have been developed and understood in human terms – they were not provided to us naturally if you will look at the ancient “knowledge” of astrology and protocosmology. The same philosophical journey has in itself been a profound establishment by and for nature to spread seed [of knowledge, wisdom] across the Earth and to flourish. That is nature’s goal and by all means it has progressed much without us but infinitely more through us, as seen simply in other animals.
The question is whether or not to progress into a somewhat unfathomable void, or to fashion simple tools that maintain what we have preserved for so long. This is apparent in the international political dialogue attributed to traditionalism, fundamentalism in contrast to capitalistic tyranny and greed. This is an essential problem for each person born to this dilemma – shall we continue to search for our “tool of salvation” or have we already passed it up? This is what I base my personal argument for/against religion, spirituality, things that allow a direct response to life, nature and to actually allow that progress. I believe the answer is to create art, rather reproduce and enfix the solutions of old-age into our newer creations without faces. This will anthropomorphize our incontovertible machine, hopefully connecting the deep introspective journey with the environmental quest. Our goal is to elevate our species to the godhead – is that not fair? What else would it be – but disaster?
